There’s been such controversy with the youth today. Defined as apathetic kids who have been denied the essence of real life due to the shortage of their parent’s attentive nature towards them. Many ignore their kids, relying to entertain them with new phones or games. We don’t even have the attention span to focus on 400 page novel which many years ago, was light reading. Why do we fear dolls? They come everywhere in horror movies, toy stores, to the shelf in your bedroom. Now I'm specifically talking about the old-fashion china dolls, those child-like lumps of plastic or porcelain. Why is it that humans find them so unnerving? Perhaps it's a sickly fear of apprehension to see those vacant eyes stare back at you, as if you expect them to blink or move. It's the fear that something which shouldn't be alive, actually is.
